1) How can I book my travel with you ?

You can book your travel with us with the following methods:

1/ Via our website booking engine – This is the most secure and you will receive immediate booking confirmation.

2/ Via telephone – You can contact us on 01273 579666 anytime 24 hours a day and one of our operator will take your booking.

3/ Via our office – you can come into our office at 189C South Coast Road Peacehaven BN10 8NS and make your booking in person.

2) How far in advance do I have to book my transfer?

All online bookings should be made 24 hours before the journey is going to take place.

For bookings within the next 24 hours please call us on 01273 579666 to confirm availability.

3) Waiting time and car parking ?

The price you pay includes the following waiting time and car parking:

We do not charge for the 1st hour’s waiting time after the plane has landed. Waiting time charges start once the 1st hour has elapsed from when the aircraft has landed and will be charged, regardless of reasons, at £18.00/hr pro Rata’ Waiting time. For all other journeys waiting time will be added at £18.00/hr pro rata from the scheduled pick up time.

The price includes the 1st hour car parking fees. After the initial hour the customer will have to pay for any extra fees incured.

4) Is there any extra charges for dropping or picking up from central London ?

All transfers either picking up or dropping off inside the congestion and ULEZ zone in London will be subject to congestion charge and ULEZ charge above the quoted or booked prices

5) Will I be charged if my flight is delayed ?

As long as you provide the correct flight number and details, you will not be charged extra if your flight is delayed, as we always monitor all flight arrivals.

6) What happens if my flight is cancelled ?

Contact us as soon as possible on 01273 579666, we will have monitored the flight and as a result we will not have sent you a driver.

Your transfer will be placed on HOLD until such times as we have contact from you. This will incur no extra cost.

7) Where will my driver meet me ?

Your driver will contact you on landing via text message on your mobile number supplied to us when you booked your car.

He or she will give you exact instructions and locations for your pick up.

Wherever possible we will supply you with the name and mobile/cell phone number of your driver.

8) What happens if I miss my flight ?

Contact us as soon as possible on 01273 579666.

Your transfer will be placed on HOLD until such times as we have contact from you. This will incur no extra cost.

9) Are you a licensed company ?

Yes we are officially licensed by Lewes Districy Council.

All our drivers are fully licensed by Lewes District Council and hold current DBS certificate.

All our cars are also licensed by Lewes District Council and fully insured.

10) Can I pay by credit card ?

Yes, you may pay by card in advance or on the day by calling our office on 01273 579666 or by visiting and making your booking online.

11) Can I pay by cash ?

Yes, you may pay the driver cash at the time of pick up.

12) We have children travelling with us, can you provide child/infant seats ?

Yes, please tell us the ages of the children and we can provide child/infant seats free of charge.

13) How much luggage can I take ?

Each vehicle has its own luggage capacity. Please check on our website for the capacity of each type of vehicle so you can book the correct vehicle.

14) How does your membership discount work ?

If you join our free membership (top right hand side of our website) and book a transfer you will be eligible for a discounted rate.

From time to time our account managers will review each individual account and offer the clients some special deals.
